Take a Picture with Santa in Northcenter

Santa Claus is comin'... to Northcenter! 

We're rolling out the red carpet to welcome Kris Kringle himself to the neighborhood for our new holiday event, North Pole in Northcenter! Come to the Chamber office to meet and take photos with Santa. While waiting to share your wish list, enjoy a fun craft project, refreshments, festive movies & music and more! 
After your photos and holiday fun, head out into the neighborhood where our local businesses will have lots of fun and festive deals and specials for you to enjoy as you complete your seasonal shopping! 

When registering, please sign up by family and indicate the number of family members after your last name (for example "Smith 5").

2. If your towels have already seen better days... use vinegar and baking soda instead of detergent.

Boost towel absorbency and get rid of the towel stank for good. It takes two machine washes in hot water; the first with vinegar, and the second with baking soda.

3. If you have a top Load Washer leave the lid open between washes.

Who knew? This tip we got from our friends at SpeedQueen. After a load of wash, leave the washer's lid open to allow the inside to dry out after use and avoid musty smells.

4. Skip the dryer sheets and use long-lasting dryer balls instead. HEDGEHOGS!

7. Stinky jeans need to chill. To keep them in good condition skip the washing machine and keep them in the freezer between wears.

The cold will apparently kill bacteria that causes odor. Just remember to get them out to defrost an hour or so before wearing.

8. To prevent the loud sneaker bang buy a sneaker bag.
